I live in another state and decided to sell my rental home in Apple Valley, MN. Once my renter moved out, they took care of setting up a painter, carpet installer, as well as cleaning out the items my renter had left behind. They made sure they were there when any work people were there to make sure things got done properly. They kept everything moving so smoothly that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They were always available when I had any questions and made me feel like I was their only client with all the time and attention they gave me. I would recommend them to anyone! If I decide to move back to MN they will be the first call I make!

The realtor services I received from her were excellent. She listened carefully to what I needed in my new house, sent me information on lots of homes within my budget and preferred locations, then drove me to every house I wanted to see. Even had fruit, snacks and soft drinks in the car in case I got hungry after looking at so many homes! Ann is a very experienced realtor; very attentive, punctual, reliable, totally trustworthy and super fun to be around. I would recommend her to anyone who prefers practical and sound advise for finding a home. I found mine in Red Wing and am eternally grateful for her very professional help.

All 3 experiences were great. One of our homes needed some work done prior to selling. We were living in a different state and they took care of everything, from selecting carpeting and paint to hiring folks to replace appliances. I whole heartedly recommend using their service.
